MEK, as it is affectionally called, combines a relaxed dining experience with breathtaking views of the Penfolds vines and Adelaide city. Established in 2015 within the grounds of Penfolds, MEK offers not only a food experience, but has cemented itself as one of Adelaide's finest function venues.
MEK is a sister offering to Magill Estate Restaurant, providing a more accessible experience in the form of casual dining for Brunch and Lunch.
Located adjacent to the Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Door, MEK centres around the casual enjoyment of exceptional food, wine and sharing.
MEK is open from Wednesday to Sunday each week.

Lunch 12pm - 3pm
Scott's culinary journey traces back more than 25 years from humble beginnings in country Victoria. Since then his passion for incredible food has taken him through the kitchens of some of the worlds most renowned restaurants. Gaining experience from a wide variety of influential mentors, Scott has established himself as one of Australia's best Chefs. In 2013, Scott took on the running of both of the culinary venues at the world class Penfolds Magill Estate. Since April 2022, Scott has taken over as Sole Director of both venues.
